We do accept returns within 14 days from delivery. However, for the refund/return to be applicable, the items must be unused/unopened and have tags remaining. We also require proof of purchase and customers are responsible for paying return shipping (tracking required).
There are also some limitation to refunds/returns under ACL; for example we cannot offer refunds/returns on all make-up products.
We do not offer a refund or return on change of mind goods.
In order to return such items, customers must contact Gotchyou by E-Mail at: info@gycovered.com and include the following information; The date of purchase, photographic evidence of any defect and what reimbursement method is preferred. Either refund or return.
The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged with tags still attached.
Any agreed refunds will be made through Paypal within 10 working days of receipt of goods.
If you haven’t received a refund within the agreed time yet, then first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
