We pride ourselves on being able to have your order dispatched within 24 hours, with most orders sent within one hour.

You can request to cancel your order through the contact us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

If a refund is still required after you have received the products, the shipment will have to be returned to us at your expense with tracking. The items can not be opened for a refund to be accepted.  The refund will only be for the products purchased excluding shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee is applicable.

Refund and Returns:

Please choose your purchase carefully as we do not offer a refund or return on change of minds.

Should you receive a faulty item or an incorrect item, please contact our customer service at Gotchyou by E-Mail at: info@gycovered.com within 48 hours from receipt of delivery of parcel. However, for the refund/return to be applicable, the items must be unused and in its original packaging, undamaged and proof of purchase. 

Returns must be received within 14 days from confirmation of the returns approval.

If a refund is agreed upon then the refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

Once approval has been received from Gotchyou, you can then proceed in returning the items.  Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also request sending items with tracking so the parcel can be traced as Gotchyou takes no responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

Once the product has been returned to our Office, we will assess the goods and either replace or issue a full refund. The cost of returning the goods will also be refunded if the product is deemed faulty.

There are also some limitation to refunds/returns under ACL; for example we cannot offer refunds/returns on all make-up products.

 

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited.

If you made your purchase using a gift card, or e-gift card, refunds will be issued to the original card that was used. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward credit was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you. 

If you haven’t received a refund within the agreed time yet, then first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
